At Canines for Service, we place our service dogs at no cost or fundraising obligation to our Veteran clients. We wouldn't be able to do this without the support of our amazing volunteers. Your time can make a difference.
Our Volunteer Opportunities
Canines for Service accepts volunteers as young as 8 years old with a parent or guardian present. Certain positions may have age restrictions.
Please note that Canines for Service does not currently accept volunteers who are completing community service hours that are court ordered or advised by an attorney.
At this time, we are no longer accepting new volunteer applications. If you are interested in fostering for the Holiday Break (December 20th – January 2nd) or puppy fostering, please contact our Programs Director ldilena@caninesforservice.org.
