At Canines for Service, we place our service dogs at no cost or fundraising obligation to our Veteran clients. We wouldn't be able to do this without the support of our amazing volunteers. Your time can make a difference.
Our Volunteer Opportunities
Canines for Service accepts volunteers as young as 8 years old with a parent or guardian present. Certain positions may have age restrictions.
Please note that Canines for Service does not currently accept volunteers who are completing community service hours that are court-ordered or advised by an attorney.
At this time, our volunteer application is closed, but we will reopen it soon for new volunteers! If you are interested in the daytime drop-off program or puppy fostering, please contact our Programs Director, Lexi Dilena
